Responsible for HR forms processing, data and file management, compliance procedures, position control management, and HRIS support.
Independent of supervision, process personnel action forms, manage office information, including hard copy and electronic files and data; utilize office information systems for on-demand information retrieval, preparation of communications and reports; review and maintain personnel files for completeness.
Independent of supervision, ensure accuracy and compliance with management of regulatory, payroll and employee data.
Manage the budgeted employee labor data and provide assistance to leadership on position control management.
In support of the HR department, carry out special projects and assignments, which may require researching, compiling and analyzing data.
