Business Owner of the Volunteer program. Shared ownership of system wide recruiting, onboarding, contingent workforce programs and contract administration.
50% - Independent of Supervision, design, develop, lead and manage the volunteer program with excellence. Provide operational leadership, not limited to: volunteer recruitment, placement & performance management, budget owner, expense management, and aligns with human capital business needs. Grow & enhance the program’s contributions throughout the health system to achieve identified milestones.
35% - In partnership and in collaboration with key stakeholders, business owners and subject matter experts across the health system, drive, deliver & perform professional recruitment & staffing services across the talent acquisition/retention channel of work, not limited to:
15% - Assess business needs, negotiate and manage Contracts Administration and affiliation agreements for the contingent workforce suppliers/vendors/Independent Contractors/etc. Evaluate, manage, administer and drive business results for these contracts and affiliation agreements via the performance of the contingent workforce resources. Lead process & performance improvement & quality initiatives in conjunction with business owners & subject matter experts (SME’s).
