Business Owner of the Volunteer program. Shared ownership of system wide recruiting, onboarding, contingent workforce programs and contract administration.
Independent of Supervision, design, develop, lead and manage the volunteer program with excellence. Provide operational leadership, not limited to: volunteer recruitment, placement & performance management, budget owner, expense management, and aligns with human capital business needs. Grow & enhance the program’s contributions throughout the health system to achieve identified milestones.
In partnership and in collaboration with key stakeholders, business owners and subject matter experts across the health system, drive, deliver & perform professional recruitment & staffing services across the talent acquisition/retention channel of work, not limited to:
Assess business needs, negotiate and manage Contracts Administration and affiliation agreements for the contingent workforce suppliers/vendors/Independent Contractors/etc. Evaluate, manage, administer and drive business results for these contracts and affiliation agreements via the performance of the contingent workforce resources. Lead process & performance improvement & quality initiatives in conjunction with business owners & subject matter experts (SME’s).
