1. Ensures cleanliness of pots, pans and serving units, and stores in proper place.
2. Sweeps and mops the floors as needed.
3. Disposes waste in specified manner.
4. Unloads floor tray carts in the dish room.
5. Cleans and sanitizes department areas as directed.
