  • Job Summary

    Under the direction of the Occupational Health Manager, the Occupational Health Specialist will assist with the administration of immunizations, health information collection, and data entry. Will assist with event investigations and development of necessary reports, as well as assisting employees with completion of necessary paperwork for workers compensation and disability, and other duties as directed by the Occupational Health Manager or designee.

    Core Responsibilities

    Date entry and health file development

    Immunization administration, health information collection and review

    Event investigation and report development

    Assist with FMLA, Disability and PFL Filings

    Assist with implementation of policies, special projects, etc


    Required Experience:


    Required: Acute care experience.          


    Preferred: Knowledge of Workers Compensation and OSHA, previous experience in a physician office setting, or previous experience with onboarding in a healthcare organization
